DescriptionFood supplement based on melatonin, vitamin D3, vitamin B6 and tryptophan. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep (with the intake, shortly before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin) and alleviate the effects of jet lag (with the intake, shortly before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival); vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function; vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus and to the normal function of the immune system.
Ingredients
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (400 IU), melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), tryptophan; thickener: xanthan gum; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavouring, purified water, fructose.

How to use
0.5 ml to be taken shortly before bedtime, directly into the mouth. For correct use and a different dosage, consult your doctor. Shake before use.
