Turmeric is useful for its antioxidant action.
Ingredients
Meriva - Turmeric Phospholipid rhizome e.g. (Curcuma longa L., soy lecithin) tit. 18-22% curcuminoids, edible gelatine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; dye: E171, E172.
Gluten- free and naturally lactose -free.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules per day, preferably before meals. You can open the capsule and pour the contents into a liquid (milk, yogurt, fruit juice).

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
