Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Valerian and hops promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root es tit. 0.8% valerenic acid; bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; melatonin (Melatonin MINIACTIVES Retard), magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) bark es tit. 2% honokiol, hops (Humulus lupulus L.) strobilus es tit. 0.1% flavonoids, stearic acid; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; colouring: titanium dioxide; spirulina [Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler] thallus es
