Food supplement indicated in cases of increased need or reduced dietary intake of the nutrients it contains. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscle function. Also thanks to the presence of vitamin E and selenium, it is useful for protecting cells from oxidative stress. Alpha-lipoic acid is important because it intervenes and promotes the restoration of antioxidants such as vitamin E, vitamin C and glutathione.

Magnesium oxide, thioctic acid, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, talc, silicon dioxide (nano), polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, shellac, microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acids; colourants: E171, E172; vitamin B2 (riboflavin); vitamin D (cholecalciferol), sodium selenite.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.
