Description
Food supplement based on psyllium and melatonin. Psyllium helps promote regular intestinal transit.
Ingredients
Psyllium ( Plantago ovata Forsk) seed husk (contains mustard ); bulking agent: sorbitol; flavouring, maltodextrin; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: steviol glycosides; melatonin.
May contain traces of peanuts, lupins, soy, celery, sesame and their derivatives .
Gluten and lactose free.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Take 1 sachet per day, preferably in the evening before bedtime. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (about 200 ml), mix well and immediately take the solution obtained. After taking it is recommended to drink an additional glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
