Description
Medical Device CE Class IIa (Reg. EU 2017/745).
Aerosol kit for home use. Equipped with a pouch for storing accessories after therapy.
Compatible with Pic Solution AIRCube2 and Kappy Pic Solution piston aerosols.
Free from latex and phthalates.
Instructions for use
Indicated for aerosol therapy treatment.
Cleaning and maintenance: Remove the used accessory from the nebulizer. Disconnect the connecting tube from the nebulizer. Disassemble all components of the nebulizer. Discard any remaining medication. Wash the components in water. Dry by hand or air dry in a clean environment using a soft, clean, lint-free cloth. Reassemble the nebulizer and store in a dry place.
Disinfection procedure: disinfect the nebulizer, mouthpiece, masks, or nasal fork after the last treatment of the day, following the procedure below. Use a 70% ethanol solution:
Step 1. Immerse the components in the disinfectant solution for 10 minutes.
Step 2. Remove the components and discard the solution.
Step 3. Rinse the components with clean drinking water (60 seconds), shake off excess water, and allow to air dry in a clean environment.
Components
Adult mask: PVC.
Child mask: PVC.
Fork: Polypropylene.
Mouthpiece: Polypropylene.
Connecting tube: PVC.
Nebulizer: Polypropylene + Polycarbonate.
Warnings
Do not boil the masks.
Never use benzene, solvents, or other flammable chemicals for cleaning. This cleaning procedure has been verified for 365 cleaning cycles. For greater hygiene and safety reasons, never use the same accessories for more than one patient. It is recommended to clean and check the integrity of the accessories before and after each use and to replace them in case of damage.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and sunlight.
Validity of unopened package: 12 months.
