Vitamin C (ascorbic acid); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; zinc bisglycinate, vitamin PP (nicotinamide); bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate); technological adjuvant: magnesium stearate; vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose E464, calcium sulphate E516, magnesium carbonate E504ii, PEG 4,000, hydroxypropylcellulose E463, talc E553b.
Naturally gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Children over 3 years: take 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a sip of water.
Adults: take 1 or 2 tablets per day to be swallowed with a sip of water.
