Description
Food supplement based on dry extracts of hawthorn, Californian poppy and lemon balm that promote relaxation. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag.
Ingredients
Water, glycerol, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha medicus, flos folium) es tit. 1% flavonoids, Californian poppy (Eschscholtzia californica herba) es tit. 0.20% protopine, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis folium) es tit. 0.8% rosmarinic acid, zinc bisglycinate, melatonin; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavouring.

How to use
It is suggested to take 6 drops per day after dinner before going to bed.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. During travel, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of the substance shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
