Food supplement based on magnesium, theanine and plant extracts, indicated in case of low dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients.
Melissa and griffonia can support normal mood and, together with hawthorn, are useful for relaxation and mental well-being.
Linden also helps to achieve relaxation which is useful for sleep and in case of stress.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the physiological functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; hawthorn flowers and leaves (Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus) dry extract tit. 1.5% flavonoids, lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L.) dry extract tit. 4% rosmarinic acid, lime flowers (Tilia platyphyllos Scopoli) dry extract tit. 1% vitexin, griffonia seeds (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill.) dry extract tit. 25% 5-hydroxytryptophan, vitamin C, L-theanine, bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets per day, 1 or 2 of which half an hour before bedtime. Swallow the tablets with water.
