BEFORE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: maltodextrins are complex carbohydrates that release energy gradually and over time, providing glucose that the body will use during sports activity.
DURING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: fructose provides readily available energy; magnesium also helps reduce fatigue and tiredness and supports normal energy metabolism, and together with potassium, contributes to normal muscle function.
AT THE END OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: magnesium helps to replenish the water and salt losses that occur with sweating. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress induced by physical activity; with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake, vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical exertion.

Instructions for use
For adults. Dissolve one sachet in 500 ml of water (bottle or half-liter flask) and mix/shake well. This will yield a ready-to-use hypotonic energy-salt drink ideal for both competitive and recreational physical activities.
It is recommended to take POLASE SPORT before, during, and immediately after physical activity, in sips at regular intervals.
The amount to be taken depends on the duration and intensity of physical exertion. It is recommended not to exceed 3 sachets per day. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Warnings
Do not use if the sachet is damaged. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old.
