Melasin STRONG
Food supplement based on pure melatonin 1 mg enhanced with griffonia, California poppy and L-theanine. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag* and reduce the time required to fall asleep**. The dry extract of griffonia promotes mental well-being and normal mood, the dry extract of California poppy promotes relaxation in case of stress. The mini-tablets, easy to swallow, are characterized by a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows for rapid and prolonged release of the components.*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before going to bed, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Ingredients
California poppy (eschscholtzia californica cham., herba) dry extract; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; l-theanine; vegetable stearin; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; griffonia (griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) baill., semen) dry extract; maltodextrin; coating agent: ethylcellulose; melatonin; colouring: iron oxide.
How to use
1 mini-tablet per day shortly before bedtime.
