Description
Food supplement based on 99% pure melatonin, indicated in all physiological conditions of increased need for this element. Melatonin, taken shortly before bedtime in the amount of 1 mg, helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate, when necessary, the effect of jet lag*. The innovative micro-tablets are even smaller (5 mm in diameter), therefore easier to swallow even for those who usually have some difficulty in taking them. The practical pocket dispenser can be conveniently taken with you on planes, when traveling, on vacation and is ideal at home for family use, offering almost 4 months of treatment.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before going to bed, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; melatonin; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; flavouring; sweetener: sucralose.
How to use
Take 1 micro-tablet per day, preferably before bedtime.
