Food supplement based on pure melatonin 1 mg enhanced with griffonia and St. John's Wort, indicated in all physiological conditions of increased need for these elements. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep* and alleviating the effects of jet lag**. The dry extracts of griffonia and St. John's Wort promote mental well-being and relaxation, as well as maintaining normal mood. The mini-tablets, easy to swallow, are characterized by a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows for rapid and prolonged release of the components.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Ingredients
St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum L., herba c. floribus) dry extract titrated in hypericin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; maltodextrin; oats (Avena sativa L., fructus) dry extract; vegetable stearin; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, talc; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) baill., semen) dry extract; melatonin; coating agent: ethylcellulose; colouring: chlorophyll.

How to use
1 mini-tablet per day shortly before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking medications, seek medical advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract may interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and adolescents.
