PsylloPlus orange flavour

Psyllium fiber food supplement. Thanks to its natural content of soluble and insoluble fiber and its marked ability to retain water, it promotes the formation of bulky, soft and lubricated stools. It is therefore indicated both in cases of transitory intestinal slowing and difficult or incomplete fecal expulsion (constipation), and as a food adjuvant in the treatment of the symptom "diarrhea". It can also be rationally used to facilitate the achievement of the sense of satiety in the context of diets globally aimed at controlling - reducing body weight, as well as in the nutrition of people affected by disorders of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, thanks to its action tending to slow the absorption of nutrients.

Ingredients
99% pure psyllium husk; flavourings; emulsifier: soy lecithin; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: aspartame; colouring: safflower; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Sugar free and with sweetener.

How to use
It is recommended to accompany the intake of the product with a sufficient quantity of water (at least 200 ml), a quantity normally equivalent to the content of a glass of soft drink. Take the drink before it increases in consistency, in which case it could be less pleasant, but not less healthy. The useful daily ration is equal to one sachet one to four times a day or according to the doctor's advice.
