Maltodextrin, fermented FOS from lactobacillus paracasei CNCM I-5220, flavouring; acidity regulator: citric acid; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use
Take 1 to 2 sachets per day according to your needs. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass, add 1500 ml of water, stir until the powder is completely dissolved and take immediately, preferably away from meals.
