Oat flour 96%, flavourings, low fat cocoa powder.

Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
1. Mix approximately 50 g (2 scoops) with 100 ml of water or milk or 200 g of egg whites and sweeten to taste.
2. Let the mixture rest for about 2 minutes.
3. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan.
4. Cook over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, the pancakes do not gain firmness and become slightly browned.

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Avoid exposure to heat sources and sunlight.
