Diet bar characterized by having a high percentage (33%, i.e. 16.5 g/bar) of high biological value milk proteins, few carbohydrates and very few fats. PROTEIN BAR 33% has a high nutritional value and a complete amino acid profile. In a low-calorie diet (for weight loss) or in a high-calorie diet (for muscle growth), snacking between meals is very important in order to activate the metabolism and obtain the desired effect in each case.
Due to its particular formulation and high protein percentage, the bar can be used as a nutrient to integrate a significant amount of proteins essential for the body. It is covered with very fine milk chocolate.
Flavor: coconut with 16% cocoa coating.
Gluten free.
Ingredients
Milk proteins; humectant: sorbitol syrup; soy protein isolate, glucose syrup, ultrafiltered whey proteins, cocoa coating glaze (non-hydrogenated vegetable fats from palm and coconut, sucrose, low-fat cocoa powder; emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavourings), edible gelatine, grated coconut, skimmed milk powder, sunflower oil, dietary fibre, flavourings.
How to use
We recommend 2 bars per day, one before physical activity and one as a protein snack to stave off hunger.
