Ingredients
*Whole oat flakes 85%, *sultanas 14%, *dried berries 0.7% (*blackberry pieces, *blueberry, *strawberry pieces, *raspberry pieces; release agent: *sunflower seed oil), dried apple pieces.
*From organic farming.
Gluten free.

How to use
Quick and easy to prepare in just 2 minutes, just pour 4 heaped tablespoons (about 50g) into a bowl and add 125 ml of boiling water, milk or vegetable drink, let it rest for 2 minutes, and enjoy hot. To enhance the taste, garnish with fresh berries, seasonal fruit, coconut or dried fruit.
