Description
Gnocchi with potatoes and quinoa.
Gluten-free product, specifically formulated for celiacs.
Without milk and eggs.
Ingredients
Rehydrated potatoes* 70%, quinoa flour* 10%, corn flour*, potato starch* 6%, corn starch*, rice flour*, salt; acidity regulator: lactic acid.
May contain traces of soy .
Gluten free.

How to use
In a pot (2 minutes): pour the gnocchi into plenty of lightly salted, lightly boiling water. Allow to rise to the surface, drain and season to taste.
In a pan (3 minutes): pour the gnocchi directly from the package into the pan, with the seasoning. Add a drop of water and gently sauté until completely absorbed.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in refrigerator.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not puncture the package.
Validity in intact packaging: 8 months.
Validity after opening: 3 days.
