Description
Piadina made with legume flour which makes it particularly soft and can therefore be rolled up, the recipe is vegan, yeast-free and gluten-free.
Ingredients
Water, *mix of legume flours 23% (lentil flour 78%, chickpea flour 22%), *rice flour, *tapioca starch, *sunflower seed oil 7%, *potato starch, salt; thickeners: *guar seed flour, xanthan gum, *carob seed flour, *glucose syrup, *rice starch, *vegetable fibres (*apple, *Psyllium), *dextrose; emulsifier: *sunflower lecithin; acidifier: tartaric acid; *natural flavouring.

Gluten free.
Lactose free.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Heat in a very hot pan for a few seconds on each side, or in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Fill as desired, roll up and serve piping hot.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
