Alimento senza glutine e zucchero.La crema di mandorle bianca è ottenuta esclusivamente dalla macinazione delle mandorle pelate leggermente tostate. La qualità di questa crema è garantita dal massimo controllo delle temperature in fase di lavorazione. Ciò consente di avere un prodotto dall' alto valore nut riente, contiene vitamine A, B, E, minerali quali calcio, ferro, potassio, fosforo e acidi grassi polinsaturi. Nella lavorazione non vengono aggiunti emulsionanti, sono ottime da spalmare su pane o prodotti da forno o per la preparazione di numerose ricette.
