Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, gelatin (pork); acidity regulator: citric acid; valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract; colouring: elderberry concentrate, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Miller) flower extract, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower extract; antioxidant: E300; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); melatonin; flavouring: natural flavouring; coating agent: E903.

How to use
Take one gummy 30 minutes before bedtime. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin. To be taken in anticipation of a sleep period of at least 6 hours.
