How to use:
- to combat constipation, 4 sachets a day before meals, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening dissolved in water, tea, coffee, milk or herbal teas until the disorder is resolved (manna also has the advantage of being a natural sweetener with low glucose and fructose content). Then halve the dosage for a few more days.
- As an intestinal refresher, to maintain an active, clean and anti-inflammatory intestine and to support liver function, 1 or 2 sachets per day in the evening, before meals, for approximately 10 days.
