Aminovita Plus Fast Sleep
Description
Food supplement of plant amino acids that thanks to the active ingredient Sleepcomplex helps to promote rapid sleep. It also contains melatonin, oats, Californian poppy and hops useful for finding physiological relaxation.
Ingredients
Water, stabilizer: glycerol; Sleepcomplex [L-Tryptophan and mix of hydroalcoholic extracts of Oats (Avena sativa L., flowering aerial part)], Californian poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham., aerial parts), St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L., flowering tops), jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Miller, fruits), hops (Humulus lupulus L., cones), lime (Tilia tomentosa Moench, buds), cat's claw [Uncaria tomentosa Willd. (ex Schult .) DC., bark], melatonin; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavouring.
Gluten free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 stick pack, as is or diluted in 100 ml of water (about half a glass), shortly before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy and in children, or for prolonged periods, without consulting a doctor. Hypericin not exceeding 0.7 mg. Hyperforin/hypericin ratio not exceeding 7. If you are taking medications, seek medical advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract may interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and adolescence. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
