Calcium citrate tribasic 25%, methylsulfonylmethane 17%, sodium citrate trisodium 10%, magnesium carbonate heavy 10%, magnesium citrate 10%, potassium bicarbonate 10%, zinc gluconate 4%, disodium phosphate 3%; thickeners: gum arabic (Acacia Sengel Willd.) 5%, food maltodextrin 5%; flavouring: citrus 1%.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets together in the evening before going to bed, equal to 2 g per day, corresponding to 96% of the RRV of zinc.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not dispose of the container in the environment.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product properly stored, in an intact package.
