Description
Food supplement based on medicinal plants with Magnesium and B vitamins. Griffonia and St. John's Wort promote normal mood, relaxation and mental well-being.
Ingredients
Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seeds dry extract 20% 5'-hydroxytryptophan 35%, St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) flowers titrated 0.3% hypericin 23%, magnesium chelate 15.85%, caryophyllum (Geum urbanum L.) root 15%, vitamin B6 0.95%, inositol 0.20%; thickeners: gum arabic (Acacia Senegal Willd.) 5%, microcrystalline cellulose 5%, magnesium stearate.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet before breakfast and 1 tablet before dinner, equal to 1.0 g per day, corresponding to 100% of the VNR of vitamin B6, 35% of the VNR of magnesium and 0.69 mg of hypericin.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
If you are taking any medications, seek your doctor's advice before using the product because St. John's Wort extract may interfere with their metabolism and even inhibit their activity.
St. John's Wort extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and adolescence.
