Food supplement useful for promoting carbohydrate metabolism.
Ingredients
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl.) essential oil.
Instructions for use
Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (equivalent to 0.19 ml) on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or ¼ sugar). Do not use pure without a carrier, or mix with water. Equivalence: 1 ml = 31 drops.
Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in children under 7 years of age, pregnant (especially during the first 3 months) or breastfeeding women, people with a history of convulsive disorders or epilepsy, and people allergic to essential oils. For people undergoing medical treatment and for children, consult a health specialist. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Store away from light, air, and heat.
Shelf life unopened: 60 months.
