Sunflower oil; shell: bovine gelatin; firming agent: glycerol; colouring: iron oxides and iron hydroxides; Rodemyr myrrha es [Commiphora myrrha (Nees) Engl., oleo-gum-resin) es, CAVAQ10 (coenzyme Q10, gamma-cyclodextrins); emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); thickener: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids.
