Water, gluten-free wheat starch, buckwheat flour, brown rice flour, high oleic sunflower oil, dextrose, vegetable fibres (psyllium, pea, potato, bamboo, flaxseed), brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), salt, sugar, gluten-free barley malt, guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, natural flavouring, flavouring.
The factory uses soy, milk, eggs, nuts, sesame seeds, mustard and fish .
Gluten free.
