Water, deglutinated wheat starch, whole buckwheat flour (5%), brown rice flour (4.3%), high oleic sunflower oil, dextrose, vegetable fibres (psyllium, pea, potato, bamboo, linseed), brewer's yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae), salt, sugar, deglutinated barley malt, guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, natural flavouring, flavouring.
The factory uses soy, milk, eggs, nuts, sesame seeds, mustard and fish .
Gluten free.
