Description
Bandage made of an elastic support impregnated with ozoile* (stable ozonides). It is indicated to optimize the quality of the suffering skin and restore its good functional state. It reduces lymphatic and blood stasis, improves local microcirculation, promotes the absorption of any edema, optimizes scar management, prevents and counteracts the formation of keloids. Ozoile protects, elasticizes, and hydrates the underlying skin, releases oxygen, generates moderate oxidative stress capable of regenerating tissues, and counteracts degenerative processes. Ozoile creates a lipid film with a breathable barrier/protective effect and, together with its oxidizing nature, generates a microenvironment hostile to pathogenic microbial proliferation and favorable to the activation of microcirculation. The moderate oxidative stress generated by stable ozonides, acting on the RedOx balance, promotes tissue repair processes and proper healing.
It represents an effective solution to support compromised skin and improve its functional recovery, ensuring protection and preventing further alterations. Ideal for compressive bandages, it is indicated in the phlebological field for conditions such as chronic venous insufficiency, passive edema, thrombophlebitis, and phlebothrombosis. Also ideal for post-surgical wounds.

Instructions for use
Apply the bandage with decreasing compression from the foot or ankle to the calf. Avoid the formation of folds that may create further pressure sores. Maintain the correct position of the limb during bandaging. Secure the bandage firmly without preventing movement. Cover the bandage with tubular or German cotton and with self-adhesive or elastic-compressive bandage.
In case of non-elastic and non-elastic-compressive application, use the bandage starting from the heads of the metatarsals up to the fibular apophysis, with overlapping turns at 50%; once at the fibular apophysis, return to the foot using the bandage in full. Complete the wrapping with German cotton and self-adhesive bandage following the same pattern described above.

Warnings

The expiration date refers to the intact product and properly stored. Wash hands thoroughly before using the medical device. Rigenoma bandage; well tolerated. No cases of sensitization or side effects are known to date. Do not use in case of established hypersensitivity to the product or any of the components; if such phenomena occur, it is advisable to discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Preferably store between 5 °C and 35 °C.
