Ingredients
Morning : pineapple [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. jamb] e.g. 250 GDU, griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia dried seeds) e.g. tit. 10% 5-HTP, lagerstroemia (Lagerstroemia speciosa leaves) tit. 1% corosolic acid, citrus (Citrus aurantium var. amana L.) titrated extract. 6% synephrine, wakame algae (Undaria pinnatifida thallus) tit. 10% fucoxanthin.
Midday : garcinia (Garcinia cambogia gum resin) es tit. 60% hydroxycitric acid, gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre leaves) es tit. 25% gymnemic acid, chitosan powder, papaya (Carica papaya L. fruit) es E/D:1/4, cassia nomame (Cassia mimosides var. nomame leaves) es tit. 8% flavonoids, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L. leaves) es tit. 2.5% chlorogenic acid, hawkweed (Hieracium pilosella herb) es tit. 1% vitexin.
Evening : guggul (Commiphora mukul resin) tit. 10% guggulsterols, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata flowering plant) tit. 3.5 vitexin, California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica flowering tops) tit. 0.2% protopine, glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac root) powder, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L. leaves) tit. 2.5% chlorogenic acid, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare fruits) tit. 0.5% essential oil, hawthorn (Cratageus oxyacantha flowers and leaves) tit. 1% vitexin, turmeric (Curcuma longa L. rhizome) tit. 95% curcumin.

How to use
For best use, it is suggested to take:
1) Adikur 1, 1 tablet as soon as you get up.
2) Adikur 2, 1 tablet half an hour before lunch.
3) Adikur 3, 1 tablet half an hour before dinner.

Warnings
The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding and under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor before use if your cardiovascular conditions are abnormal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
