Description
Food supplement based on vitamins and minerals with spirulina and vegetable extracts of nettle and horsetail. Cystine and methionine are components of keratin, the basic substance of hair and nails. Biotin, selenium, and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, while copper promotes its normal pigmentation. Vitamin D and iron are involved in the process of cell division. Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin, and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) aerial part dry extract tit. 1% silicon, spirulina [Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler] thallus (single cell) powder, film coating (glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, shellac, polyethylene glycol; colorants: calcium carbonate, iron oxides and hydroxides), D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), L-cystine, ferrous fumarate, nettle (Urtica dioica L.) leaf dry extract, nicotinamide (niacin); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), L-methionine, retinyl acetate (vitamin A), zinc oxide, silicon dioxide, calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), manganese carbonate, copper citrate, inositol, sodium molybdate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), potassium iodide, D-biotin (biotin), sodium selenite.

Directions for use
1 tablet daily to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably during one of the main meals.
