Description
Salty, biscuited baked product. Specifically formulated for celiacs. Product obtained after kneading the ingredients, shaping into loaves, cooking, cooling, cutting the loaves into blocks, biscuiting in the oven, cooling and packaging.
Ingredients
Corn flour, rice starch, corn starch, mashed potato flakes, egg powder , dried glucose syrup, dextrose, corn flour, rice flour, olive oil, brewer's yeast, salt; thickener: guar gum; acidity regulators: sodium diacetate and citric acid.
May contain traces of milk and soy .
Gluten free.
