Aluneb iper is a 3% hypertonic saline solution to be nebulized via aerosol, nasal shower and MAD Nasal, based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and xylitol with a decongestant and fluidifying action on the nasal mucous membranes.
Particularly indicated for cleaning the nasal passages especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and all states of congestion of the nasal mucous membranes.
For aerosol therapy.
Nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the removal of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract.
It may be useful in assisting the regulation of mucociliary clearance, alleviating all those symptoms linked to inflammatory, allergenic and environmental factors.
MAD Nasal is a needle-free medical device for the nebulization of topical solutions via the nose.
It allows topical treatments of the nasal and sinus cavities, and allows for the rapid administration of the Aluneb solution through nebulization in particles of 30-100 microns in diameter, ideal for the therapy of the upper airways.
MAD Nasal is a device used in pre-hospital and emergency settings for the intranasal administration of anesthetics, anticonvulsants and painkillers.
Thanks to its soft conical adapter, it ensures a seal on the nostril and adapts ergonomically to the nostrils of adults and children.
The malleable probe allows 180° positioning of the conical adapter.
It frees the nose from mucus by promoting the elimination of excessive nasal secretions.
Nasopharyngeal conditions characterized by congestion and alteration of mucociliary clearance.
It hydrates the respiratory tract and stimulates mucociliary clearance.
It facilitates breathing, feeding and sleeping in infants.
In aerosol therapy it can be used to dilute drugs.
How to use
Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.
Bend the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip to which it is welded.
Open the single-dose vial by rotating the flap.
Pour the contents of the vial into the nebulizer bulb or into the MAD Nasal syringe as per the MAD Nasal instructions for use.
Children aged 1 year and over and adults : nebulise 1-2 vials 2-3 times a day with a pre-filled nebuliser and traditional ampoule.
Infants under 1 year of age : instill a few drops into the nostrils before feeding or before going to sleep.
For MAD Nasal and nasal shower:
Children from 1 year : 1-2 rinses per nostril, 1-2 times a day.
Adults : 2-4 rinses per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
The duration of use depends on the evolution of the symptoms. If necessary, it can be administered through the nasal shower or MAD Nasal for a prolonged period.
