Ashwagandha ( Withania somnifera L. Dunal) root dry extract, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lemon balm ( Melissa officinalis L.) leaf dry extract, passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial part with flower dry extract, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flower dry extract, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

How to use
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day, without chewing, with a little water.
