Food supplement of creatine, carnitine, arginine, glutathione, vitamins and mineral salts, indicated in cases of low intake of these nutrients with the diet or in cases of increased need. It can be useful in those who practice physical and sports activities to support the increased energy needs and reintegrate the salts lost through sweating.Ingredients

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet twice a day, dissolved in a glass of still water.
Warnings
Contains a source of phenylalanine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) a doctor's opinion is necessary. Consult a doctor also in case of overdose. The product is contraindicated in case of renal insufficiency, pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under 12 years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of children under 3 years.
Conservation
Store at controlled room temperature (15-30°C), avoiding exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging.
