Description
Food supplement based on passionflower, hawthorn, ashwagandha which promote mental well-being and, together with lime, promote relaxation, poppy which helps to counteract localized tension, niacin which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking 1 mg shortly before going to bed.

Ingredients
Passionflower dry extract (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts with flowers) titrated to 3.5% in vitexin; bulking agent: cellulose; hawthorn dry extract (Crataegus oxyacantha auct., leaves and flowers) titrated to 1% in hyperoside, lime dry extract (Tillia platyphyllos Scop., flowers) titrated to 1% in total flavonoids, ashwagandha dry extract [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal, roots] titrated to 2.5% in withanolides, corn starch, poppy dry extract (Papaver rhoeas L., flowers) D/E ratio 4/1, niacin (nicotinamide); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide (nano), magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

Directions for use
