Vitamins B6 and B9 contribute to normal psychological function. Vitamin B2 together with vitamins B6 and B9 promote the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Lemon verbena affects mental well-being.
Lavender promotes relaxation in case of stress and supports normal mood.
Skullcap promotes relaxation.
Ingredients
Lemon verbena (Aloysia citriodora Palau - folium); capsule of vegetable origin: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (coating agent), microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent); skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora L. - herba) titrated at 10% in baicalin, lavender (Lavandual angustifolia Miller - flos) es, Lactobacillus plantarum DR7 (CECT 7481), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B9 - folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).
