rice maltodextrins; anti-caking agent: calcium phosphates; Lactobacillus casei Lc-11 (ATCC SD-5213); Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04 (ATCC SD-5219).
Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Dissolve directly in the mouth, in small doses, or pour the content into water or another liquid (at least 20 ml) at room temperature. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
