Description
Food supplement in tablets. The special "retard" formulation allows a gradual and prolonged release of melatonin.
Reduces the time required to fall asleep: this beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin, shortly before bedtime. Alleviates the effects of jet lag: this beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; melatonin.
Gluten free.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, shortly before going to bed.
