Shaped absorbent aid without integrated fastening system, shaped, adherent and easy to wear, with an external coating impermeable to liquids, soft, non-toxic, completely breathable and an internal coating in resistant and hypoallergenic TNT, treated with a dermoprotective substance. The absorbent aid is composed of a hypoallergenic sheet in contact with the skin, an absorbent mattress (pad) with fluff of pure long-fibre cellulose and superabsorbent polymers (super-absorbent polymer), with a central upper layer for rapid absorption. The product is equipped with an adhesive veil along the entire length for optimal attachment to underwear (can also be used with separate fastening means: elasticated mesh underwear) and a longitudinal elastication system for a better fit and hold.
The Serenity Light Extra diaper is covered externally in non-woven fabric (polypropylene) that is breathable and waterproof to liquids, anti-rust, soft and silent, over the entire surface of the diaper.
Thanks to the external coating that is completely breathable to air, the delicate epidermis of the incontinent subject is less exposed to phenomena of skin maceration, overheating, sweat. All this contributes to:
- prevent the risk of redness and skin irritation;
- maintain healthy epidermis and skin integrity;
- counteract excessive overheating of the microenvironment that forms between the body and the diaper, consequently containing skin heating;
- ensure a greater sensation of freshness.
The Serenity Light Extra diaper is equipped with a dermoprotection system based on 5 multi-botanical dermoprotective elements: aloe vera, chamomile, vitamin E, silk proteins and olive oil, natural dermoprotective substances with recognized soothing and protective properties, present on the internal lining fabric of the diaper.
The system complies with the requirements of art. 14 of Regulation No. 1223/2009, as required by the CAM.
Additional features to protect the well-being of the skin: full control of the production process guarantees the complete absence of latex, preventing the risk of allergic reactions. Furthermore, no chemical bleaching processes are used. The absorbent mat does not contain resins, glues or other chemical agents. The non-woven fabric of the internal lining is breathable and hypoallergenic.
The Serenity Light Extra diaper is equipped with a superabsorbent polymer system with odor control capabilities, which, appropriately mixed with bleached long-fiber cellulose, is able to drastically reduce the proliferation of bad odors.
The product fully complies with all legislative, regulatory and technical provisions, both Community and national, governing the products supplied, as well as the authorizations for production, importation and placing on the market and meets the requirements set by the provisions in force on the subject at the moment. The product fully complies with all legislative provisions on skin sensitization.
