Description
Food supplement based on Melatonin, Tryptophan, Vitamin B6 and Valerian, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these elements. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, 1 mg of Melatonin. Thanks to Valerian, it helps relaxation (sleep, in case of stress).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the evening half an hour before going to bed, to be swallowed with water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take in case of suspected or confirmed hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients in the product.
