Description
PHASE 1: food supplement based on Serenoa repens, vitamins and minerals. Zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. With Serenoa repens.
PHASE 2: food supplement based on collagen, methionine, cysteine, omega 3, vitamin E and Rosehip. Rosehip has an antioxidant action and vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. With collagen, methionine, cysteine and iron.

Ingredients
Phase 1: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; saw palmetto [Serenoa repens (W.Bartram) Small. fructus] dry extract tit. 45% fatty acids; bulking agent: sorbitol; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; zinc citrate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; selenium L-methionine, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), biotin (D-biotin); film-forming agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; calcium carbonate, PEG 4,000, ferrous oxide, talc, ferric oxide, allura red, riboflavin.
Phase 2: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; hydrolyzed marine collagen (may contain fish), Rosehip (Rosa canina L. - fructus) dry extract tit. 10% vitamin C, iron gluconate, flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L., seed oil tit. 45% alpha-linoleic acid); bulking agent: sorbitol; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; L-methionine, L-cysteine, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; calcium carbonate, PEG 4,000, talc, Ponceau red, indigotine blue.

Gluten and lactose free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor. 1 yellow tablet (phase 1) in the morning and 1 blue tablet (phase 2) in the evening.

Warnings
Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ponceau Red (E124) and Allura Red (E129) may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Use is not recommended for women of childbearing age and for individuals of both sexes of pre-pubescent age. For the daily intake of zinc, the product is intended for adults.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored: do not use the product after the date indicated on the package.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat sources.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
