Food supplement based on dry extract of acerola, a plant with a supporting and restorative action, useful for the body's natural defenses. AC 80 provides a good supply of vitamin C thanks to acerola (Malpighia glabra L.), a natural source of vitamin C, and does not contain synthetic vitamins.

Acerola : is a plant that grows in Central America, especially in Brazil. The fruit of this plant is commonly known as "West Indian cherry" or "Barbados cherry", inside it has segments with a slightly acidic flavor, soft and juicy. The fruit is covered with a thin peel and with a large seed inside. The rather sour taste is due to the very high content of ascorbic acid, or vitamin C. Acerola is one of the richest sources of vitamin C in the world.
Vitamin C : in nature, next to ascorbic acid (defined as vitamin C1) we constantly find another factor associated (defined as vitamin C2) which together form the C complex, the real substance with vitamin action. The presence of both factors in acerola improves the use and absorption of vitamin C and therefore increases the beneficial effect that it provides to our organism.
