Food supplement of organic mineral salts of magnesium and potassium, with folic acid, selenium, vitamin D and B vitamins, specially formulated to integrate the need for essential nutrients in adults 50+. Magnesium and potassium help normal muscle function and the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, while potassium helps maintain normal blood pressure. Magnesium and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism and to reducing tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation and homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin D3 contributes to the physiological absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus and to maintaining healthy bones and teeth, furthermore together with folic acid, selenium and B vitamins contribute to the correct functioning of the immune system. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and normal thyroid function.

How to use
1-2 sachets per day to be taken on a full stomach. Dissolve each sachet in a glass of water (200 ml).
