DescriptionFood supplement based on vitamin B12 and other B vitamins. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and, together with vitamin B6 and folate, to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. It contributes, together with vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and folate, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Ingredients
Vegetable glycerin, purified water, pantothenic acid (dexpanthenol), niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); natural flavor: freeze-dried berries; vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5'-phosphate, sodium), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); preservative: potassium sorbate; flavor: Prosweet; acidity regulator: citric acid; folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), D-biotin.

How to use
It is recommended to use half a pipette (0.5 ml) per day, under the tongue. Keep in the mouth for at least 10 seconds before swallowing.
