Description
Food supplement based on lactase, an enzyme indicated to assist the physiological metabolism of lactose. Lactose is a sugar contained in milk and milk products whose metabolization in some subjects can be difficult, causing for example problems of swelling and abdominal tension: in such cases we speak of lactose intolerance and the integration of lactase can be of support using a daily dose of at least 4500 FCC (Food Chemicals Codex) units and taking it shortly before consuming milk or dairy products or in any case at every meal containing lactose (2 tablets per day provide 7000 FCC units of lactase).
Ingredients
Sweetener: mannitol; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Lactase (from aspergillus oryzae ). Thickener: guar gum; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; natural flavor: vanilla. Contains wheat.

How to use
Chew 1 or 2 tablets a day, preferably shortly before taking milk, dairy products (butter, cheese, milk and milk derivatives) or other foods containing lactose.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Lactose tolerance varies and it is advisable to seek medical advice regarding the role of this substance in your diet. Contains mannitol as a sweetener. Due to the presence of mannitol in the product, excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
