Description
Preparation for compresses.
Clay is credited with absorbent, remineralizing, detoxifying and pure healing properties.
How to use
Place the required amount of clay in a container, preferably glass or ceramic, and add, without mixing, an equal amount of water. Leave to rest and wait for the liquid to be completely absorbed, mix with a wooden spoon and proceed with the application. The compress can be activated with essential oils as desired. After each treatment, rinse with water.
Face mask for oily or blemish-prone skin: make a paste and apply it to the face or individual blemishes. Leave on for a few minutes and rinse with a light massage.
Mask for greasy or dandruff hair: apply to the scalp, leave on for a few minutes and rinse.
Exfoliating bath for feet and hands: dilute a small amount in water and gently massage feet and hands.
