supplement based on omega 3 (DHA), folic acid, vitamins and minerals. Folic acid contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and supports normal haematopoiesis, iron promotes the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy metabolism, while vitamins B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells. The supplemental intake of folic acid increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus. The target population is women of childbearing age and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily supplemental intake of folic acid of 400 g for at least one month before and up to three months after conception. Maternal DHA intake contributes to the normal brain and vision development of the fetus and breastfed children.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 pearl per day, preferably before a meal.
